HR Executive / Sr Executive – Recruitment & Engagement (1 Position)Focus Areas : Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & HR BrandingKey Responsibilities : - Draft creative job posts, catchy invites, and HR communication material.- Manage end-to-end recruitment : screening, coordination, preliminary HR rounds.- Support onboarding & induction programmes for new hires.- Assist in appraisals : documentation, scheduling, and communication.- Drive employee engagement & well-being activities across the year.- Maintain recruitment & engagement data for audits (NAAC / NIRF / UGC).Skills You Bring : - Strong written & verbal communication skills.- Flair for designing catchy documents, event invites, and HR content.- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask under tight timelines.- Familiarity with HRMS / ERP systems (preferred).Who Can Apply : BBA / MBA (HR) with 2–5 years’ experience in recruitment / engagement. Freshers with strong internships are welcome.2. HR Executive / Sr Executive – Payroll, Operations & Compliance (1 Position)Focus Areas : Payroll, Leave Management, Employee Records & ComplianceKey Responsibilities : - Manage attendance & leave compliance across all staff categories.- Prepare, verify, and submit payroll, overtime sheets, and conveyance forms.- Handle employee benefits : EPF, gratuity, full & final settlements, retirals.- Draft HR letters (LOI, appointment, confirmation, experience, relieving).- Maintain compliance-ready HR files for NAAC, NIRF, UGC, audits.Skills You Bring : - Strong database management and record-keeping discipline.- Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Dashboards).- Tech-savvy with ability to pick up ERP / HRMS quickly.- High attention to detail and confidentiality.- Familiarity with statutory compliances (PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Payroll laws).- Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve queries quickly.Who Can Apply : BBA / MBA (HR) / BCom with 1–5 years’ experience in payroll / operations.3. HR Associate – Entry Level (1 Position)Focus Areas : Engagement, Hospitality & Documentation SupportKey Responsibilities : - Assist in employee engagement programmes, well-being initiatives, and events.- Provide hospitality & logistical support during HR led programmes.- Assist in HR documentation, employee records, and compliance files.- Draft simple HR communication (notes, emails, invites, reports).- Support general HR operations.Skills You Bring : - Basic knowledge of HR processes and strong organizational skills.- Experience using AI tools (for drafting, content creation, presentations, reporting).- Good interpersonal & teamwork abilities.- Tech-savvy with ability to pick up ERP / HRMS quickly.- Creative mindset for adding value to HR communications.Who Can Apply : Fresh graduates (BBA / BA / BCom / Any discipline) with a passion for HR.
