About the Role :
We are looking for a proven sales leader to head our plastics processing equipment division. The role carries pan-India responsibility, leading a team of 15+ sales professionals, and driving growth with key customers in injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, and PET packaging segments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Grow sales of industrial equipment for plastics processing (drying, temperature control, material handling, and related solutions).
- Develop and execute PAN India sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and expand relationships with major plastics processors across India.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver complete solutions.
- Conduct market mapping, industry research, and competitor awareness.
- Represent the company at industry trade fairs and forums.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
12-15 years of proven sales experience in capital equipment for plastics processing.Strong network with plastics processors in injection moulding, extrusion, PET & packaging industries.Demonstrated ability to lead regional / PAN India teams and deliver growth.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to scale a business vertical.(ref : iimjobs.com)
