About the Role :

We are looking for a proven sales leader to head our plastics processing equipment division. The role carries pan-India responsibility, leading a team of 15+ sales professionals, and driving growth with key customers in injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, and PET packaging segments.

Key Responsibilities :

Grow sales of industrial equipment for plastics processing (drying, temperature control, material handling, and related solutions).
Develop and execute PAN India sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Build and expand relationships with major plastics processors across India.
Collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver complete solutions.
Conduct market mapping, industry research, and competitor awareness.
Represent the company at industry trade fairs and forums.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

12-15 years of proven sales experience in capital equipment for plastics processing.

Strong network with plastics processors in injection moulding, extrusion, PET & packaging industries.

Demonstrated ability to lead regional / PAN India teams and deliver growth.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to scale a business vertical.
