Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve regional revenue targets for 2W batteries.
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retail networks within the assigned region.
- Implement effective channel strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure efficient demand forecasting, inventory management, and timely collections.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and service teams for regional initiatives.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in 2-wheeler battery sales.Proven track record of managing large territories and achieving sales targets.Strong network of distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned region.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Willingness to travel extensively within the region.Skills Required
