We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager (NORTH MICE) to drive business growth and manage client relationships. The role involves identifying new opportunities, developing client networks, and achieving revenue targets, while working in a flexible Work From Home environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B, B2C, and MICE segments.
- Respond promptly to client emails and queries, ensuring professional communication.
- Conduct research and analyze reports to understand client business models and industry trends.
- Promote company products and services through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations tailored to client and market requirements.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and roadshows.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, in coordination with internal teams.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and revenue growth.
- Achieve individual and departmental sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Address and resolve client concerns, complaints, and objections in a professional manner.
Key Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.4 to 6 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in the Travel, Hospitality, or MICE industry.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a WFH setup.Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings, as required.Why Join Us?
