Senior Manager Bd & Sales

We are #hiring for a leading mental health organisation!

Responsibilities :

• Formulate and implement growth strategies to penetrate target markets ,
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for scaling mental health product / services.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners and understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to address them effectively.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the mental health space through market research and analysis
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product / service development, marketing, and operations
• Develop accurate revenue forecasts and sales projections and Track and analyze sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
• Represent the company as a thought leader in the mental health domain at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing sales and BD
• activities in the mental health sector.
