• Ensuring curriculum aligns with industry demands through skill gap analysis and competency mapping.
• Leading faculty development initiatives including upskilling, certification, and performance evaluation.
• Facilitating interdisciplinary research, innovation, and collaborations for societal and industry-relevant solutions.
• Monitoring academic quality, programme success, and learning outcomes through data-driven approaches and tech-based monitoring systems.
• Leading accreditation, compliance, and regulatory reporting efforts in line with national and international standards.
• Overseeing the general and academic administration of the university for operational efficiency and academic discipline.
• Maintaining strong external relationships with regulatory bodies, industry partners, alumni, and academic institutions.
• Representing the university in national and international forums to enhance institutional visibility and reputation.
• Spearheading student-centric strategies for engagement, support services, and successful career placements.
• Ensuring timely resolution of student grievances and fostering a safe, inclusive, and vibrant academic environment.
