Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership :
- Provide academic and professional leadership for the School.
- Lead curriculum development, implementation, and review per University guidelines.
- Maintain high-quality teaching, learning, skilling, and research activities.
- Ensure programs are industry-relevant and meet workforce needs.
- Regularly revise and review programs with external feedback.
Administrative & Compliance Duties :
Ensure adherence to UGC norms and university policies.Partner with marketing and operations to develop programs and certifications enhancing MSU's market presence.Prepare and manage the School's annual budgets within policy frameworks.Ensure smooth operation of all School functions aligned with University policies.Support admissions objectives linked to overall University goals.Faculty & Student Management :
Oversee faculty recruitment, workload, and performance evaluation.Facilitate faculty hiring, upskilling, and professional development.Guide faculty in industry certifications, research, and publications.Foster student engagement through mentorship, academic guidance, and extracurricular activities.Promote industry readiness among students.Skills Required
