Key Responsibilities

Academic Administration

  • Supervise maintenance and updating of student academic records
  • Coordinate with academic departments on course registrations, curriculum updates, and program modifications
  • Ensure timely issuance of transcripts, degrees, and certificates

Examination & Evaluation Support

  • Assist the Controller of Examinations with scheduling and conducting exams
  • Monitor mark sheet preparation, result declaration, and grade verification processes
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of examination records
  • Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UGC and other statutory body regulations
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies in coordination with the Registrar
  • Student Services & Grievance Handling

  • Facilitate student-related services such as migration certificates, NOCs, and verifications
  • Address student grievances related to academic records promptly and professionally
  • Data Management & Reporting

  • Oversee digitization and secure storage of student records
  • Prepare MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Office Management & Coordination

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the Registrar's Office
  • Train and guide office staff to maintain efficiency and accuracy
  • Coordinate with other administrative departments for smooth university operations
