Key Responsibilities
Academic Administration
- Supervise maintenance and updating of student academic records
- Coordinate with academic departments on course registrations, curriculum updates, and program modifications
- Ensure timely issuance of transcripts, degrees, and certificates
Examination & Evaluation Support
Assist the Controller of Examinations with scheduling and conducting examsMonitor mark sheet preparation, result declaration, and grade verification processesMaintain confidentiality and accuracy of examination recordsRegulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with UGC and other statutory body regulationsPrepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies in coordination with the RegistrarStudent Services & Grievance Handling
Facilitate student-related services such as migration certificates, NOCs, and verificationsAddress student grievances related to academic records promptly and professionallyData Management & Reporting
Oversee digitization and secure storage of student recordsPrepare MIS reports for internal and external stakeholdersOffice Management & Coordination
Supervise day-to-day operations of the Registrar's OfficeTrain and guide office staff to maintain efficiency and accuracyCoordinate with other administrative departments for smooth university operationsSkills Required
