Chief Business Officer

Responsibilities :

• Sales Leadership (PMS / AIF) : Provide visionary sales leadership specifically for PMS (Portfolio Management Services) and AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) products, driving revenue growth and market share.
• Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring strong brand positioning within the wealth management sector.
• CRM & Client Lifecycle Management : Oversee and enhance CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategies and client lifecycle management, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Channel Development & Partner Network Expansion : Drive the development of new sales channels and expand the partner network, identifying and building strategic alliances to broaden market reach.
• Digital Business Enablement : Lead initiatives for digital business enablement, leveraging technology to optimize sales processes, enhance client experience, and drive efficiency.
• Revenue Management & Target Alignment : Manage revenue streams effectively, ensuring alignment of business targets across all sales functions and driving profitability.
• Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitive landscapes, and industry trends within wealth management.
• Team Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and business development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
