Role Overview :
The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the Founder and senior leadership—driving strategic planning, cross-functional initiatives, and high-priority projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, connects the dots across teams, and turns strategy into execution, particularly in areas such as Product Launches , Product Strategy , and GTM Planning etc
Key Responsibilities :
🧠 Strategic Planning & Product Strategy
- Partner with leadership to define and refine company strategy, especially for new product categories and innovation areas.
- Conduct market, category, and consumer research to identify whitespace opportunities and product-market fit.
- Lead cross-functional strategy projects spanning product roadmap, channel expansion, pricing, and category performance.
🚀 Product Launch & Innovation Execution
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new product launches—right from ideation to post-launch optimization.Define product success metrics, launch KPIs, and align internal stakeholders (Product, Ops, CX, Creative, and Tech).Build launch playbooks to create repeatable and scalable frameworks.📈 Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning
Lead GTM planning for key product launches, including messaging, channel strategy (D2C, retail, online marketplaces), and budget alignment.Collaborate with growth, brand, and category teams to ensure 360° campaign readiness and alignment.Monitor post-launch performance and lead cross-functional retrospectives to optimize GTM effectiveness.As Chief of Staff, you will lead a variety of high-impact projects
