Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Operations Manager to join our team on-site in Indore. In this role, you will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and manage employee relations. Responsibilities include Payroll processing, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, fostering a positive work environment, handling HR management tasks, and improving operational efficiency across the HR department. You will play a vital role in shaping organizational growth through strategic HR practices.

Qualifications

• Recruitment & onboarding (end-to-end hiring).
• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) Operations and HR Policies
• Proven skills in HR Management and Employee Relations
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Experience in employee engagement and performance management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with HR systems and tools
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
