Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Key tasks include developing HR policies, implementing training and development programs, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Onboarding
• Skills in Performance Management and Benefits Administration
• Strong Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution abilities
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Regulatory Compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
