Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the daily HR operations which include recruitment and selection, managing employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing HR policies, coordinating benefits programs, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Bachelor&aposs or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the BPO industry, is a plus
• Professional HR certification
