Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership : Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
• Workforce Planning : Analyze talent needs and support workforce optimization and succession planning.
• Employee Relations : Manage employee concerns, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
• Performance Management : Drive performance review cycles, goal-setting, and development plans.
• Talent Development : Identify skill gaps and support training, learning, and leadership programs.
• Organizational Development : Lead change management initiatives and culture-building activities.
• Policy & Compliance : Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• HR Analytics : Use data to provide insights on engagement, attrition, and workforce productivity.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
• Engagement & Well-being : Drive employee engagement strategies, recognition programs, and well-being interventions.
• Experience of 10 -12 years as HR Business Partner; not looking for generalist profiles
