Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter located in Indore. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process. They will manage job postings, screen resumes, and maintain candidate databases. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Sourcing, attracting candidates, and managing job postings
• Conducting interviews and screening resumes
• Coordinating the onboarding process and maintaining candidate databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and HR databases
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members
• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
