About the role :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a seasoned Senior HR Manager to drive people strategy, talent management, and culture at MAVIP Group.

This is a leadership role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and people empathy.

You'll help build an environment that attracts, retains, and grows top-tier talent across all verticals.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and HR policy compliance.

In addition to this, the Human Resource Manager will also be responsible to recruit suitable candidates for our clients and client management.
