Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Manager to oversee and streamline core HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage employee documentation, compliance, payroll coordination, and daily HR functions to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data; ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Coordinate monthly attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
- Draft HR correspondence, including offer letters, experience letters, increment letters, and other official communications.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
- Assist with performance review processes and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Address HR-related employee queries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Work with HRMS tools like Keka to streamline processes and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.4+ years of experience in HR operations, generalist, or recruitment roles.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, documentation, and compliance.Proficiency in HRMS tools (preferably Keka), Excel, and documentation processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and maintain high accuracy.(ref : iimjobs.com)
