Job descriptionAssist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and reports. Respond promptly to client inquiries over calls and emails. Coordinate with clients for order confirmation and documentation. Serve as a point of contact between sales representatives, clients, and other departments. Handle follow-ups on quotes, client requirements, and feedback. Schedule meetings or client visits for the sales team. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on : Number of calls made Leads generated Profiles added to the database Maintain accurate records of sales orders, invoices, and customer interactions. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Address client concerns or complaints and escalate when necessary. Handle sales-related paperwork, order forms, and invoicing. Monitor inventory levels of brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials. Work closely with the marketing, operations, and logistics teams for smooth order processing. Support onboarding and training of new sales team members when required. Excellent communication and telephone etiquette. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Team player with a customer-focused attitude.
