Position : National Sales Coordinator
Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai.
Maximum compensation we can offer is 800000 - 10,00,000 LPA.
Experience : 4–8 years in Sales Coordination / Sales Support (preferably in Hospitality / Luxury Retail / Luxury Real Estate and Aviation)
Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central point of coordination between the sales team, regional managers, distributors, and head office.
- Consolidate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from across regions.
- Track sales performance against targets and highlight gaps to management.
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Support the national sales head with MIS reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Monitor distributor stock levels, secondary sales, and order execution.
- Coordinate sales promotions, product launches, and trade marketing activities.
- Maintain and update customer / distributor database and sales records.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and planning sales activities.
- Follow up on pending collections, claims, and credit notes with relevant stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of sales processes, distribution channels, and reporting systems.Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup), PowerPoint, and ERP / CRM tools.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.What We Offer
