- Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred : Business, Commerce, Marketing)
Key Responsibilities :
Make 40 outbound calls daily, including to doctors, clients, and field representatives across the assigned state.Ensure a minimum of 10–12 productive calls per day focused on collecting orders, follow- ups, or confirmed interestsCoordinate effectively with the field sales team to track daily activities and manage key client interactionsMaintain and update accurate records of orders, doctor communications, and sales leads in Excel or CRM platformsRegularly follow up with doctors to take orders, address queries, and build lasting professional relationshipsPrepare and submit daily / weekly performance reports including call productivity, order volumes, and coordination effortsHandle sales pressure and help meet overall team targets while maintaining clear and timely communicationCollaborate with management to implement and refine calling scripts and communication strategiesParticipate in performance reviews, planning meetings, and contribute insights to improve territory performance.What we offer :
