Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Project Manager located in Thane. The Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing real estate development projects, managing project timelines, ensuring projects are completed within budget, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Daily tasks will include managing communications, preparing and monitoring budgets, and ensuring project adherence to all regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Need minimum 15 yr experience and should have completed 5 lac sq.ft single project from start to posession
• Strong skills in Communication and Project Management
• Experience in Real Estate Development and Real Estate
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
• should handled and completed 5 lac sq.ft from start to possession
