We’re seeking a seasoned client servicing professional to lead operations and drive strategic growth for a Global B2B SaaS technology company.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.

Drive client satisfaction by building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner.

Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Present performance dashboards and insights to clients, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, tech) to meet client goals.

Ensure timely resolution of client queries and proactive problem-solving.

Experience managing global clients & delivering to global standards

Skilled in team & project management, timelines, and client expectations

Strong understanding of content, creative, and digital marketing

Prior P&L ownership is a big plus!

Pre-requisite :

Strong exposure servicing to B2B SaaS clientele.

Must have collaborated with creative, strategy, and tech teams.

Proven experience in team leadership and client relationship management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
