Inside CoinDCX's Business and Strategic Alliances Team

Our Business and Strategic Alliances team drives innovation by forging key partnerships that enhance our offerings and market reach. We thrive on collaboration and strategic thinking to create value for CoinDCX and our partners. If you're a visionary with a knack for building meaningful alliances, join us in driving the strategic direction of digital finance.

You need to be a HODLer of these :

1.8 - 13 years of experience in account management, client relations, or similar roles, preferably in the crypto, fintech, broking or financial services industry.

2. 5 years of team management experience

3. Proven track record of managing teams, driving client satisfaction, and achieving revenue growth.

4. Deep understanding of cryptocurrency trading, blockchain technology, and the crypto exchange ecosystem.

5. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

6. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.

You will be mining through these tasks :

1. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of account managers to ensure they meet and exceed client satisfaction and revenue targets.

2. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team, conducting regular reviews to maintain accountability and growth.

3. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-first focus within the team.

4. Oversee the development and execution of personalized account strategies for high-net-worth traders, institutional clients, and key partners.

5. Ensure seamless engagement, and retention of top traders, addressing their unique needs and optimizing their trading experience.

6. Serve as an escalation point for resolving complex client issues, ensuring quick resolution and long-term satisfaction.

7. Identify growth opportunities with top traders, facilitating cross-selling and upselling of platform services and features.

8. Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, acting as a primary point of contact for strategic discussions.

9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive targeted campaigns aimed at high-value accounts.

10. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the crypto space to proactively address client needs.

11. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting team performance, client feedback, and areas for improvement.

12. Offer strategic recommendations to enhance platform features and services based on client interactions and feedback basis customer voice.

13. Ensure that all account management activities adhere to company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.

14. Monitor client activities for potential risks, collaborating with compliance and risk teams to mitigate issues.

15. Evaluate and onboard vendors to ensure smooth operations of the VIP team

16. Work closely with multiple teams and make all distribution channels be it calling, messaging and other growth comms operational and effective

17. Run an efficient and effective team that can enhance customer experience on platform
