People Strategist
We are seeking a curious, growth-minded, and motivated People Strategist to join our team. You will provide a foundational partnership to designated functions in the Go-to-Customer and G&A teams, as well as provide support to People Strategists. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable
engaging with managers and employees, possesses foundational coaching and problem-solving skills, and is adept at identifying and escalating complex issues.

About The Role
The People Strategist reports to the Sr. Manager, People Strategy. You will partner with managers and teams to tackle day-to-day people issues, performance management, and talent development
programs. It's not just what you're contributing that's important to our people - it's how you do it.
The ideal candidate will be laser-focused on understanding the priorities of the teams on our GTC & GA teams, as well as the culture within Rapid7. You will work to build solutions that will enable our
moose to have the most productive and satisfying work experiences of their careers. You will be the people expert, working closely with our Moose and their managers to ensure consistency and alignment as the teams continue to grow and evolve.
