Key Responsibilities :
Act as the key point of contact for client accounts
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with regular updates, calls, and check-ins
Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for strategy, design, and media teams
Anticipate client needs and proactively suggest solutions
Track progress, collect feedback, and manage revision cycles smoothly
Maintain documentation of client interactions, expectations, and project timelines
Assist senior client servicing or strategy team members as needed
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency
Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
Hands-on experience managing multiple clients or projects
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Google Workspace, project tracking tools (ClickUp, Odoo, Google Chat, etc.)
Basic understanding of performance marketing, branding, or content workflows is a plus
