Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the key point of contact for client accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with regular updates, calls, and check-ins
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for strategy, design, and media teams
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively suggest solutions
  • Track progress, collect feedback, and manage revision cycles smoothly
  • Maintain documentation of client interactions, expectations, and project timelines
  • Assist senior client servicing or strategy team members as needed

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple clients or projects
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, project tracking tools (ClickUp, Odoo, Google Chat, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing, branding, or content workflows is a plus
