Operation Associate

Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in operations, business support, or process management (freshers with strong internships may also apply). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel / Sheets expertise preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and optimization of daily operational processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (analysts, BDs, Finance, Tech) to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and process workflows.
- Support project implementation and cross-functional initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports and present insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
