Job description

Note : This position is only open to candidates currently residing in Mumbai , and those outside of Mumbai won&apost be considered. Agency experience is preferred for this role.

About the Role :

This role is a unique mix of strategy, execution, research, and operations. You'll assist with a wide range of high-impact tasks across functions

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with the founder(s) on strategic initiatives, special projects, and day-to-day operations
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data gathering for decision-making
Assist in project management and track execution across departments
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Manage calendars, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.

Requirements :

Strong communication and organizational skills

High level of ownership and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana

Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset

Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and takes full ownership of assigned tasks, always willing to exceed expectations.

Highly energetic, self-driven, and maintains a consistently positive and enthusiastic attitude.
