The Associate, Specialist, Operations, Sec Svcs-Custody Svcs position is responsible for managing the operational aspects of custody services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee custody services operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Process and reconcile daily transactions related to custody services.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and operations.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management regarding operational performance.

Skills and Qualifications

5-9 years of experience in operations, preferably within custody services or related financial services environment.

Strong understanding of securities operations and custodial processes.

Proficient in using financial software and tools related to custody services.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
