Content N Co. is a creative agency providing branding, post-production, and digital marketing solutions to help brands grow. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident, target-driven, and passionate about building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities :
Generate and qualify B2B leads, pitch and explain service offerings, schedule virtual meetings, negotiate and close deals, maintain sales records using Excel / Google Sheets, collaborate with the creative team for proposals, and keep up with digital marketing trends. Ensure a strong sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets, and contribute to business growth while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Requirements :
Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales. Fluency in Hindi, English, and a regional language. Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Strong communication, convincing ability, and a professional approach. Must have a personal laptop, stable internet, and knowledge of MS Excel.
What We Offer :
Base salary : ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 + No cap on incentives
