About the Role Major Accountabilities

~ Stimuler la croissance des ventes concurrentielles

~ Identifiez et hiérarchisez les clients à fort potentiel grce à l'analyse des données (professionnels de la santé et parties prenantes) qui influencent les décisions en matière de prescription.

~ Stimulez les performances commerciales grce à l'orchestration habile d'expériences client positives

~ Engagez-vous et établissez des relations.

~ Engagez des conversations basées sur la valeur (en personne et virtuellement) pour comprendre les défis critiques des clients, les facteurs de décision, les points faibles et les opportunités.

~ Personnalisez et orchestrez les parcours d'engagement client pour les professionnels de la santé cibles en reflétant les préférences des clients, en tirant parti du contenu disponible et de multiples canaux d'engagement

~ Renforcer l'engagement en travaillant en partenariat avec les professionnels de la santé afin de développer une collaboration durable au fil du temps pour Novartis

~ Offrez des expériences mémorables et centrées sur le client, au-delà de la différenciation clinique, en écoutant leurs besoins et en comprenant leur environnement de soins de santé.

~ Etablir des relations de travail efficaces avec les leaders d'opinion et les principaux influenceurs médicaux (au niveau du territoire) et challenger les comportements actuels afin d'améliorer le parcours patient (bon patient, bon moment)

~ Développer une connaissance et une compréhension approfondies des clients

~ Recueillez des informations sur l'activité du client pour découvrir ce qui est important pour lui

~ Assurer le suivi des commentaires des clients et traduire les réponses en actions qui créent de la valeur ajoutée et dépassent les attentes.

~ Exploitez les sources de données disponibles pour créer, hiérarchiser et ajuster dynamiquement les plans d'interaction pertinents avec les territoires, les comptes et les clients.

~ Partager en permanence les informations sur les clients avec les parties prenantes internes concernées afin de soutenir le développement de contenus, de campagnes et de plans d'interaction liés aux produits et aux indications.

~ Offrir de la valeur aux clients et aux patients

~ Collaborer en toute conformité avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions qui répondent aux besoins non satisfaits des clients et des patients.

~ Agir en tant que partenaire de confiance pour le client dans le but de l'aider à gérer son entreprise ; écouter pour apprendre ; s'efforcer d'approfondir la relation d'une manière conforme et éthique ; se positionnent pour créer des solutions à valeur ajoutée.

~ Agir avec intégrité et honnêteté en traitant les clients et les collègues de manière transparente et respectueuse avec une intention claire. Lorsque vous êtes confronté à des dilemmes éthiques, faites ce qui s'impose et exprimez-vous lorsque les choses ne semblent pas justes.
