The Role :
We are looking a highly motivated and experienced associate to join the team as an HR to identify the process of the human resource department and handle payroll functions too.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
- Managing employee separation processes
Skills Required :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field2+ years of experience in HR or a related fieldFamiliarity with HR-related laws and regulationsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityDetail-oriented and able to prioritize tasksQualifications & Experience :
MBA in HR2-5 yearsSkills Required
