About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Team Lead (ATL) to support our growing operations. This role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and a keen eye for quality. The ATL will manage a small team, oversee client accounts, and ensure consistent delivery excellence while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
People Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of researchers / executives to meet performance targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions, feedback reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
Account Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts.Understand client requirements and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for growth.Quality Assurance
Monitor project workflows to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.Conduct quality checks on deliverables before submission.Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency.Start-up Exposure & Infrastructure Building
Experience working in a fast-paced start-up ecosystem .Collaborate with leadership to design, improve, and implement operational infrastructure .Gain hands-on exposure in shaping scalable systems, workflows, and best practicesRequired Skills & Competencies
Strong people management skills with prior experience leading small teams.Hands-on experience in account management and client servicing.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, including but not limited to data management, formulas, pivot tables).Strong experience in lead research and prospect identification.Familiarity with Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar tools .Acumen in using AI tools (ChatGPT, data enrichment, automation, scraping utilities, etc.).Detail-oriented with expertise in quality assurance processes.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.2–4 years of experience in team leadership, client management, or operations .Exposure to research, data-driven projects, or consulting is a plus.What We Offer
