Job Overview :

We are looking for a  female candidate  with a strong background in  Talent Acquisition ,  Learning & Development (L&D) , and  Employee Engagement  to join our HR department. This position requires a candidate with 5-7 years of experience and a solid understanding of  HR operations ,  Factory Act , and  Labor Law compliance . Candidates with experience in  Automotive Manufacturing Industries  are highly preferred.

Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across the organization, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
• Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
