Role : Business Development Executive (EdTech) - Night Shift (On-site India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume outbound outreach (calls email follow-ups WhatsApp) to convert inbound and sourced leads into enrolled learners against daily targets.
- Qualify leads rapidly using a consultative approach assess learner fit and book demo / counselling sessions for academic advisors.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM update lead statuses and log all interactions to ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
- Negotiate program terms present fee structures and close enrollments; collaborate with collections and operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Work night shift schedules to align with peak lead availability; meet or exceed weekly / monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance; suggest improvements to scripts and outreach flows.
