About The Opportunity
We operate in the EdTech sector delivering career-focused upskilling and placement services for learners targeting US employers. This is an on-site, US-shift sales role based in India—ideal for high-energy sellers who excel at outbound outreach, qualification, and closing opportunities in the US market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue by executing outbound prospecting (cold calls, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach) to US-based accounts and decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, set appointments, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Manage CRM records and sales workflows—log activities, update opportunity stages, and generate pipeline reports for leadership.
- Deliver consultative product demos and solutions presentations tailored to US learner / corporate pain points; partner with delivery teams to create compelling proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and coordinate handoffs to onboarding / operations to ensure smooth customer activation.
- Continuously optimize outreach cadences and messaging using A / B tests and performance data to improve conversion rates.
