Role Overview
As Manager – Client Servicing , you will be the strategic partner for our clients, ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders and internal teams. You'll own the client relationship end-to-end, translating business objectives into full-funnel marketing solutions while leveraging ReBid's AI + Product ecosystem to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building long-term trusted relationships.
- Understand client business goals, industry trends, and customer needs to deliver tailored full-funnel strategies.
- Partner with strategy, creative, performance, and product teams to design and execute integrated campaigns.
- Ensure timely, error-free, and on-budget delivery of projects while exceeding client expectations.
- Leverage ReBid's AI-driven tools and dashboards to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and performance presentations for senior client stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across ReBid's marketing, product, and AI capabilities.
- Anticipate and resolve issues proactively, managing client expectations with transparency.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to build a strong client servicing function.
Skills & Qualifications
4–7 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing roles (agency experience preferred).Proven ability to manage mid-to-large client accounts with multi-channel marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing, media, CRM, retention, and performance marketing.Familiarity with AI-driven tools, analytics dashboards, and martech / adtech platforms is a plus.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership abilities.Why Join ReBid
