Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will manage and facilitate property transactions, guide clients through buying, selling, and rental processes, and maintain an updated database of available properties. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing client requirements, and showcasing relevant properties. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and delivering excellent customer service are key aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Experience in market research, property evaluation, and gathering client requirements
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining property databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets effectively
• Basic proficiency in real estate industry tools or market-specific software is an advantage
• Previous experience in real estate or similar roles is a plus
