Key Responsibilities

Evaluate property performance, sales, and leasing data to identify opportunities and challenges.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support investment and pricing strategies.
Prepare financial models, feasibility reports, and business cases for new developments or acquisitions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews with analytical insights.
Present findings and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
Partner with internal teams to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or strategic planning (real estate preferred).

Strong analytical and quantitative thinking with attention to detail.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate data and research into actionable business insights.
