Experience leading structured, scalable recruiting processes in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across hiring teams and stakeholders.
About Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and hiring top-tier data and technology talent.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across data and analytics.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create targeted sourcing and outreach strategies.
- Proactively source candidates using platforms like GitHub, job boards, and Boolean search.
- Screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates based on technical capabilities, experience, and alignment with project and team needs.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and generate regular reports to track pipeline activity, progress, and hiring outcomes.
