Lead - Talent Acquisition Summary :
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our end-to-end recruitment efforts.
This role is responsible for building and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all functions of the organization.
You will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate with department heads, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals and workforce planning.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and improve recruitment performance.
- Optimize recruitment processes and systems (e.g., ATS, sourcing tools, employer branding platforms).
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote company culture.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay current on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and best practices in talent Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring recruiting teams.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics.
- Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies is a plus.
