Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Manager, based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and establishing new business leads, managing relationships with existing clients, and presenting and promoting the company's products. The Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Manager will also be responsible for overseeing sales activities, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and preparing sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
Experience in sales and business development
Strong knowledge and understanding of hydraulic cylinders and rotary joints
Must be able to travel for business by airplane or car as needed.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in preparing sales reports and forecasts
Ability to manage client relationships and customer satisfaction
High level of self-motivation, passion, and energy
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
