We provide clean, convenient, and well-located rooms for long-term rent in beautiful condominiums and landed houses across Singapore—catering to professionals, expatriates, and locals who desire a comfortable, hassle-free living experience.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new properties into our co-living portfolio. The role involves coordinating with property owners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring smooth transition of properties into our management system.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and evaluate potential properties suitable for co-living.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and Agents.
  • Negotiate rental / lease agreements in line with company standards.
  • Coordinate property inspections, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handover and set-up.
  • Maintain records of onboarding pipeline and provide regular progress reports.
  • Stay updated on local rental laws, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in property acquisition, business development, or real estate (co-living / PG / student housing experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Must have own laptop with webcam.
  • Flexible to work Singapore timings (6 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM IST) with Sunday as a week off.

    This role requires daily travel to our office in Chennai, Vanagaram, Maduravoyal, so candidates must be comfortable commuting.
