We are seeking an Assistant Manager Sales for a premium fitness brand. You will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and be responsible for generating leads, giving presentations, and maintaining client relationships. This role requires 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of brand management and market research.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales & Lead Generation : Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, cold calling, and networking. Qualify leads and convert them into prospective buyers.
- Client Interaction : Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information to potential buyers. Understand clients' needs and offer tailored property solutions. Follow up with leads to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Market Knowledge : Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure : Prepare and present sales proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to finalize agreements. Handle objections professionally, providing solutions that satisfy both the client and the company.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Provide after-sales support and address any post-purchase issues.
