Experience : 3+Years

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the technical / engineering industry.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Read and interpret mechanical / engineering drawings for effective client communication.

Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Collaborate with internal teams for project execution.

Key Requirements :

Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in an engineering / industrial domain).

Strong technical background with the ability to understand engineering solutions.

Ability to read and interpret engineering / mechanical drawings.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Track record in business development and customer relationship management (CRM).
