Petra One, a new vertical from Petra Steel Doors, specializes in premium non-wooden door solutions, especially WPC doors, at the most competitive prices in the market. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing team and work closely with our Senior Sales Manager to expand our dealer network across South India.

Job Title : Sales Assistant – Petra One (Non-Wooden & WPC Doors)

Location : Maduravoyal, Chennai

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work full-time in the Petra One showroom in Maduravoyal and assist the Senior Sales Manager in daily sales activities until fully trained and qualified.
  • Support showroom sales, attend to customer inquiries, and maintain product displays.
  • Accompany the Senior Sales Manager on marketing visits and dealer meetings across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Bangalore.
  • Assist in generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and building dealer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales visits, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Learn and understand the technical and commercial aspects of Petra One's product range.

Requirements :

  • Beginner to intermediate knowledge of sales and marketing; willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Candidates should be compatible to extensive travel requirements.
  • Ability to travel frequently across South India.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to build a career in sales.
  • Minimum educational qualification : Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduation preferred.
