Are you a strategic and driven leader in the Loan Against Property (LAP) space We're hiring a Regional Sales Head to lead the LAP business across a key region for one of Ieading financial services brand.
In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for managing large sales teams, scaling high-ticket LAP disbursements, and building strong channel partnerships — all while driving sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the LAP business for the assigned region, managing a team of experienced Sales Managers.
- Define and execute a regional growth strategy focused on disbursement volumes, revenue generation, and portfolio health.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and sourcing partners to ensure a consistent and quality business pipeline.
- Monitor credit quality and ensure strict adherence to credit policies and risk guidelines.
- Oversee the end-to-end loan lifecycle, including documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursal compliance.
- Inspire high performance by driving team training, engagement, and regular performance reviews.
- Deliver on key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and insurance cross-sell.
Ideal Candidate Profile
12–15 years of experience in the Loan Against Property (LAP) space, with deep exposure to high-ticket lending.Proven leadership in managing and scaling large sales teams across regions.Strong network across mortgage lending channels, DSAs, and strategic partners.Sharp business acumen with a hands-on, target-driven approach.Educational Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate from a recognized institution.What's In It For You
