Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Indore. The Sales Manager will be individual contributor of sales of prime LAP from DSA channel,setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of those strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying and pursuing new sales leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven track record in sales and experience in the financial services sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales strategy development and implementation experience
• Ability to analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
