We’re looking for a Product Strategy – Growth professional with 4–6 years of experience to shape and scale customer growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution, using data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA / Master’s
from a top-tier institution preferred
Experience : 4–6 years total experience.
At least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick
commerce) OR 2–3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)
