Growth Product Manager

What you will be doing :

• Taking ownership of the product strategy, positioning, roadmap, and execution for a particular product stream
• Working closely with the sales enablement, customer success, and marketing teams to evaluate market trends and align the product strategy with the go-to-market approach
• Identifying customer problems and requirements, prioritizing them, and converting them into user stories
• Collaborating with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution
• Working closely with the leadership and stakeholders to establish quarterly objectives and success metrics, and reporting on achievements and roadblocks
• Analyzing product funnels and user journeys and suggesting optimizations to enhance target metrics. Leading the implementation of aligned initiatives to deliver improvements in target metrics
• Leveraging qualitative and quantitative analyses to gain insights into customers and improve user flows
• Continuously benchmarking with competitors to identify gaps / opportunities for additional revenue, user experience, features, and communication journeys
